Frequently Asked Questions

No, you can place an order and checkout as a guest at anytime.   But we would like you to set up an account.   You can view past orders that way.

We accept all credit cards.  If you are a regular Curb Appeal customer we extend credit, you may charge to your Curb Appeal account at checkout.

We ship UPS.   If you have a special situation call or email us.   If you have a question about shipping charges the website calculates and feel they are in error, call us.   The web is great, but not perfect.

We try and get your artwork the same day.  We will ask you for logos or graphics you would like to use.    Sometimes they may not be very good and we may ask for other options.   Of course, if you want changes to your artwork, we will make those and resend for your approval.
